Tech billionaire Shiv Nadar is the owner of HCL Group, a large software producer with customers such as Boeing, Microsoft and Cisco. He co-founder  HCL Group which added $3.7 billion to his fortune on rising shares of software outfit HCL Technologies. Nadar has also expanded into healthcare with HCL Avitas, to build a chain of clinics in partnership with John Hopkins Medicine International.
