The Dawang Mountain Resort Snow World and Deep Pit Ice project include an Entertainment Ice World with an outdoor ski slope, a water park, shopping facilities and a restaurant. Located in the city of Changsha, the resort has a gross floor area of 120,000 meters. The shell of the Snow and Ice World spans 170 meters from cliff to cliff. The building is linked to its natural heritage through cliffside pathways and ramps. City of Dreams Hotel, Macau

Located at Cotai, the City of Dreams Hotel is designed by Zaha Hadid. The structure has 40 floors. With a gross area of 150,000 square meters, the structure houses around 780 suites, sky villas and guest rooms. The hotel’s facilities include spa, restaurants, gaming rooms and sky pool. The rectangular outline of the site is extruded as a monolithic block. The hotel is expected to open by early part of 2017.

Atlantis, Sanya

This venture is an attempt to re-interpret the myth of Atlantis. Located on the island of Hainan, the architectural design is mind blowing. The resort overlooks the South China Sea. It is along the Haitang Bay National Coast. It claims to offer interactive, larger than life experiences to its guests, like lagoons, luxurious accommodations, fresh water pools, Aquaventure Waterpark, salt water pools, entertainment, marine and educational exhibits, world class dining experience and spa treatments. The hotel is expected to start in 2016.

The Songjiang Hotel, Shanghai

This beautiful 19-story structure is designed by well known UK architecture company Atkins. A huge waterfall that pours down from the roof is one of the major attractions of the hotel. Two underwater levels will house guestrooms and a restaurant. They face a 10-meter deep aquarium. The hotel also offers an extreme sports center, which allows you to indulge in adventure sports like bungee jumping and rock climbing. This amazing hotel is expected to start its business in the year 2015.
