The world’s most expensive ice cream sundae is priced at $3,333. This amazing treat is available at Three Twins Ice Cream outlet in San Francisco, California.
For this exorbitant price, you will be served three scoops of organic ice cream along with an organic banana. It is topped with three syrups made from three rare desert wines: a Chateau D’ Yquem, a 1960s vintage Port and a German Trockenbeerenauslese. You are suggested at the outlet to eat this ice cream with a 1850s spoon and listen to a private cellist.
Neal Gottlieb is the founder of Three Twins. He says, “The world’s most expensive ice cream sundae was originally created as something fun for people to read while waiting in line”. The actual food cost is one-third of the price. The other one-third is donated to a local land trust. The last one third is the profit for Three Twins.
“Be sure to wear your ‘I’m part of the 1 percent’ card on your chest while you order it. It also comes with a cellist who will play anything you want while you eat the sundae”.
Eating this ice cream at Three Twins Ice Cream outlet is sure to be an amazing experience, etched in your memory for a long time!
