As wedding season approaches, many brides seek diet and fitness routines that will have them looking their best on the most important day of their life! Between choosing invitations, finding the right dress, and picking out the perfect flowers, who has time for an in depth workout routine. We’ve collected a few easy, simple exercises that only require a three sets of reps for only three or four days a week.
Bicep Curls
Perfect for strapless gowns, bicep curls will one and sculpt your arms. Stand shoulder-width apart. With a weight in each hand, start with your palms facing inwards and life the weights up to your shoulders and back down again.
Squats
For a move that will do wonders to your hamstrings, quadriceps, and calf muscles, try the squats. Start with your feet shoulder-width apart and your knees slightly bent. Slowly lower yourself into a sitting position, then push your body back into a standing position.
Side Crunches
Say “bye bye” to love handles with the side crunch. Lay with your back on the floor and your knees to the right. Lift your shoulders while keeping your back straight. It’s just like a regular crunch but your knees are to the right. Switch to the left after three sets and repeat.
