5) San Francisco Giants (Value: $1 billion)
The San Francisco Giants had the third highest attendance in baseball last year. It drew 3.36 million to AT&T Park, despite posting a poor record of 76-86. The team earned a revenue of $316 million and its operating income was $53.3 million.
