2) Weber Mansion (Casa Encantada) – $225 Million (2013)

Formally Casa Encantada, Gary Winnick floated his estate in Bel-Air for sale at $225 million in 2013. This 8.4 acre property has seven bedrooms and 20 bathrooms. Winnick had bought the property from Dole Food co-owner David Murdoch in 2000 by paying $94 million.

1) Villa Leopolda – $530 million (in 2008)

This large detached villa is located on the French Rivera. It was valued at $530 million in 2008 when Russian billionaire Mikhail Prokhorov attempted to buy it. The deal did not go through and Prokhorov had to forfeit a €39 million deposit. As per the deal the amount was €370 million plus €19.5 million for the villa’s contents.
