In 2014, real estate tycoon Jeff Greene listed his 25-acre estate Beverly Hills for a staggering $195 million. At that time it was the most expensive listing in the US. This Mediterranean-style villa has a ballroom with a revolving dance floor, 13 bedrooms, 23 bathrooms, a bowling alley, a theater, tennis courts and other luxuries.
4) Fairfield Pond Estate – $249 Million
Owned by billionaire Ira Rennert, the $249 million Fairfield Pond is a 63-acre oceanfront compound. The 110,000 square foot home has 29 bedrooms, 30 bathrooms, a power plant, three swimming pools and much more.
3) Park Place Estate – $218 Million
In August 2012, Russian businessman and banker Andrei Borodin bought Park Palace Estate in Berkshire for £140m ($218 million). Set in large grounds above the River Thames, the Park Palace is a historic Grade II listed country house and gardens. It boasts a helipad, spa complex, home cinema and high-tech security system.
