If you are hoping to head to the capital of Australia and don’t want to have to make a pit stop along the way, hop on this Qantas route that cruises for a total of 13,804 kilometers (8,578 miles) and lasts 17 hours. Although it wasn’t the case before, the airline recently announced that they will be making use of the enormous Airbus A380s for the flight. Though the flight is long, you will pleasantly find that the aircraft offers plenty of leg room, space for walking around and a ton of seats to choose from.

This flight has in fact yet to occur as it was just announced recently to begin operating on February 1, 2016. With a total distance covering almost 14,000 kilometers (8,699 miles), this flight will last for a grand total of 17 hours and 35 minutes. This of course makes it the longest non-stop flight of today.
