The palace contains some of his car collection that reaches up to 5,000 different types and brands. He has hundreds of Ferraris, Rolls Royce, and Bentleys.
He invites thousands of people during the Hari Raya Aidilfitri. The palace is open to the pilgrims for three days. About 110,000 people come each year to stare in awe at the Sultan’s riches. The sultan will also give those pilgrims gifts and some money during that visit.
Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah
The Sultan’s full name is Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzadin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien. He was born July 14, 1946. He is the 19th Sultan of Brunei. Besides being the current Sultan of Brunei, he is also the incumbent and the first Prime Minister of Brunei.
