Ukrainian economy is affected by recession. Corruption, dodgy economic policy, distaste for reform and poor governance are main reasons for Ukraine’s poverty. Right now foreign exchange reserves are meager, around $12 billion. Default is certainly on the cards.
4. Kosovo ($7,043)
Poverty is wide-spread in Kosovo. Many people in this country struggle to eke out an existence. Official unemployment rate is more than 45 percent. Corruption is rampant.
