However, his wealth is well-earned since he has won an unprecedented six boxing championships in five different weight classes and a professional boxing record of 45 wins and 0 losses, amongst which 28 were knock outs and 12 decisions. If that’s not amazing, I don’t know what is! And we all know that great performance comes with great pay. He makes as much as $80 million when he is fighting, not mentioning the few endorsement deals, which makes him the world’s highest paid athletes as of 2014, according to Forbes list. And then you ask yourself: how can a man spend all this money on? Well, unlike other athletes, Floyd isn’t afraid to flaunt his wealth in everybody’s face.
One of his passions is to post photos of himself handling stacks of money, BIG money! Among his expenses, he owns a whopping $6.4 million worth watch collection, an impressive diamond and crystal necklace and chain collection and an impressive collection of all-white luxury cars.

Whatever he does, he wants to show the world how good he’s been doing over the past years. In an interview Floyd Mayweather Jr. said that “When I was growing up,” he says, “seven of us lived in one bedroom. I got a closet now that’s bigger than that bedroom was.” Snapping pictures of money stash next to food stamps is also his message to the world that the struggle he faced in the hood is over. The way in which Floyd exposes his wealth to the world is a mere wish to show the world that he deserves the fortune he made, after struggling so many years with lack and poverty.
