Kerry Katona

This former Atomic Kitten star is one of UK’s famous faces of bankruptcy. She has been through the process two times. The Insolvency Service confirmed that Katona had declared herself bankrupt in a petition filed at Wigan County Court in 2013.

Legal issues and drug abuse did affect Doherty’s finances negatively in 2010. At one point in time he even played low-key acoustic gigs along London’s Camden High Street to pay rent on his grubby basement flat. Fortunately his group Libertines reformed to play the UK’s Leeds and Reading Festivals. The band hauled in more than $2 million for the appearances.
