It’s a horse – There are no horse monkeys, there are no green monkeys, and there are no green horses. But, there is a horse named The Green Monkey sold at a a world-record $16 Million in 2006. He earned more than ten thousand dollars although he never won a race. It was named after the Barbados island’s green monkeys.
3. Totilas ($21 Million)
Total Horse – This black stallion is a Dutch Warmblood stallion standing 17.1 hands (69 inches, 175 cm) high. It is is perhaps the most expensive and most outstanding competitive dressage horses ever. Nicknamed “Toto”, it was sold at $21 Million, it holds the record as the first ever dress horse to score more than 90 in a competition.
